Christmas is less than a month away and I wait in eager anticipation of what this magical season may bring! I remember my childhood Christmas with nostalgia. It was a happy time when I received Christmas gifts from my parents and there was lots of food. We decorated our huge Christmas tree and our home with holly, lights, ornaments, trinkets, and twines of popcorn and candy canes. Special dishes like roast turkey, duck or ham served with cranberry sauce, plum pudding, pumpkin pie are served and enjoyed as a great family dinner. 
Christmas decorations are such an important Christmas activity, which is worth mentioning as people dedicate a lot of time for Christmas decorations. Oh, don't forget to add holiday touches to your chandelier as it can bring a festive element to your Christmas decor. If you have a chandelier with curved arms going up to hold the bulbs, it's a natural. You can wrap a pine garland and weave it up, under and around. Then you can add sparkling beads and chains swooping from one light to the next, and hang ornaments from them.
Or, tie red bows at each "candle" point. If you can add a red cylinder below each bulb, it will be even more festive!

As you can see from the picture, the permanent straightening (rebonding) gives me softer, silky, super straight hair. The thing is, I have really thin hair and it made my hair look flat and limp. Fine, straight hair is absolutely beautiful — if you have a lot of it! When it comes to hairstyles for thin hair, there is not a great abundance of styles to choose from. Besides that, rebonding can also leave me bald because it uses more toxic chemicals. Yes, I read an article about hair rebonding and it says it can lead to hair loss! 
Hair loss can be extremely difficult to accept and deal with especially for women.
I did experience excessive hair loss once due to medication side effects. I was on several medications to try to control an acute viral illness, dengue fever and I started losing my hair. 
I felt horrible! It was indeed very depressing and scary. After recovering from dengue fever, I came back to KL and immediately started looking for any treatments that could help me. I contacted my hairdresser and he suggested me to do a strand-by-strand non-surgical treatment. If you're experiencing hair loss, then this could be perfect for you! To make a long story short, I was so pleased with the results and the treatment that I received! 
However, should hair loss be experienced after perms etc. then you should avoid them. That is why you have to scrutinize whatever you use in your hair since improper use of products may cause potential hair loss. So, maintaining the rebonded look means continual touch-ups, at least, every 6 months. This puts you at further risk of hair loss, eventually, and prematurely, leaving your full head of hair nothing but a memory.
Now, I am bored of my hairstyle and I want something new! I am planning on hitting up the salon next week. Hmmm... What hairstyles would suit me best?

I really love salmon. With so many ways to cook salmon, and even more to enjoy it, he tried to grill the salmon steaks. It's so delicious that heavy sauces and marinades just get in the way of the natural goodness.

At first he combines ingredients which include fine sea salt and pepper and marinates the salmon steaks for 1 hour. Then, grill the salmon over medium flame for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork and continue to baste salmon while grilling with leftover marinade every 1 to 2 minutes. Cut extra lemon in half and squeezes the juice over the cooked salmon steaks. When I feel extravagant it might mean that I am inclined to acquire things as a personal reward for the work I have done. A nice hot bubble bath or spending time savoring the quietness of a secluded place either in my home or in nature can be more rewarding than something I bought. Taking special time will not only make me feel like I deserve to be self-indulgent, but also it will make me feel better about myself. 
While being self-indulgent occasionally is healthy, I might want to rethink the types of indulgences I give myself.
Since Christmas is coming up, let me share with you My Top 5 Treat List! Well, I have so many things that I desire and want for Christmas. Of course, that never quite happened and my attempts to be the world's greatest Christmas consumer never quite came to fruition. 
Dear Santa, this year I've been so good that I should be the angel on top of the tree! There are some things that I would like for Christmas this year and I hope Santa will reply to me faster than reindeer fly!
My list is a mix of necessary, practical and don't-really-need-but-would-love. It includes:
1) Aladdin's Magic Carpet.
It can be used to transport me on it instantaneously or quickly to my destination. Imagine myself floating with the dancing wind, somewhere between the treetops and the clouds; there's no better way to see the Georgia sights around Atlanta than from my Magic Carpet...

Wow! It's hard to believe that Sesame Street has just turned 40 years old this year! I remember watching the show as a kid and I'd be captivated by the colorful characters on the screen. I think it's great that if it's still on and they change it to adapt to kids nowadays.
Ralph says his favorite character has always been Elmo and he can clearly remember some of the greatest episodes and episodes on everyone's favorite street.
